Vegetarian Bean Salad
(Protein and Carb Meal)
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz can of garbanzo beans
- 1 15 oz can of kidney beans
- 1 stalk of broccoli
- 1T sunflower seeds
- 1-2T fat free Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1-2T fat free ranch dressing
Directions:
- Rinse and drain bean in cold water. Cut broccoli into small pieces. Add all ingredients into bowl and mix with the dressings and sunflower seeds.
