Vegetarian Bean Salad
(Protein and Carb Meal)

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 15 oz can of garbanzo beans
  • 1 15 oz can of kidney beans
  • 1 stalk of broccoli
  • 1T sunflower seeds
  • 1-2T fat free Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1-2T fat free ranch dressing

Directions:

  • Rinse and drain bean in cold water. Cut broccoli into small pieces. Add all ingredients into bowl and mix with the dressings and sunflower seeds.
