Turkey Mix

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb extra lean ground turkey
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 small can dark red kidney beans drained
  • 1 medium diced tomato
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  • In a bowl mix together turkey, onion and garlic. Brown the mixture in a pan with olive oil. Add kidney beans, tomato, chili powder and garlic salt. Combine and heat thoroughly. Enjoy with a salad topped with low calorie dressing.
