Turkey Mix
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb extra lean ground turkey
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 small can dark red kidney beans drained
- 1 medium diced tomato
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl mix together turkey, onion and garlic. Brown the mixture in a pan with olive oil. Add kidney beans, tomato, chili powder and garlic salt. Combine and heat thoroughly. Enjoy with a salad topped with low calorie dressing.
