Chocolate Protein Shake

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
  • 1 banana
  • Ice cubes (3-5)
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients in blender for 45-60 seconds, pour into a glass and enjoy!
  • Variation 1- add 1T of natural peanut or almond butter to the shake above
  • Variation 2- add 1/4 cup strawberries and 1/2 banana instead of just 1 banana
  • Variation 3- use vanilla protein powder instead of chocolate
