Chocolate Protein Shake
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
- 1 banana
- Ice cubes (3-5)
- 2 cups water
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in blender for 45-60 seconds, pour into a glass and enjoy!
- Variation 1- add 1T of natural peanut or almond butter to the shake above
- Variation 2- add 1/4 cup strawberries and 1/2 banana instead of just 1 banana
- Variation 3- use vanilla protein powder instead of chocolate
