Fit Fiancé was created because I wanted to help other women feel and look their best on their wedding day!  I was married in October 2004, so I fully understand the special needs of brides and I have firsthand knowledge about the process of planning and preparing for a wedding.  In my preparations for my wedding I realized that there is no personal training service out there that offers training programs for the bride.  With my health and fitness background and first-hand experience as a bride it only seemed right to blend the two together.  Fit Fiancé is geared toward brides-to-be, moms, bridesmaids, fiances, or anyone else involved in the upcoming nuptials.   

Before I started my own company I trained many clients ranging from 7 to 73 years old.  Each client had their own specific needs.  I was able to meet my clients needs through the use of my education and background.  I enjoy training clients because after learning the key components they are highly motivated and willing to put in the necessary effort to see the desired results.
